Marc Howland was a participant in PTSD scuba and was “Diver C” back in January 2020 after an 18-year career in the Army, with multiple tours of Afghanistan and Iraq. Since returning from Long Island, Marc has not suffered from a single PTSD episode or symptom and continues to go from strength to strength. In his spare time, you can find him navigating his way up a fell, getting lost in the Lake District, running with his dog, or on his motorbike, also with his dog!
